Establishment of AIAB AIAB is mainly comprised of practitioners from relevant industries, professional bodies and tertiary institutions. It is necessary to have as many as possible external members within the advisory board in order to ensure wide range of views representing many and different segments of the industry to the board. Committees of AIAB include industry representatives, Autodesk staff and Autodesk partners. Board supervisor and coordinator will be appointed for board set up, maintenance and event organization. The advisory board will consist of 29 members (21 committee members and 8 technical consultancy members).
Operation of AIAB Periodic board meeting will be held to share idea and event planning. Public event will be organized when need, e.g. new technology spread out, industry talk, experience sharing. Cross-border technology exchange or visits will be set up occasionally.

Terms of Reference of AIAB To provide views and give advices that will help the advisory course to meet industry standard in its respective and relevant industry arena. The issues of relevance include, but are not limited to the:
Terms of Office The duration of terms of office of the members of AIAB is 2 years and is renewable without restrictions on the number of times of serving in the board.
